The demeanour of the dark haired lady on the reception was disgusting. She has the wrong aptitude or attitude for customer service, a more appropriate career for her would be as an immigration officer or prison guard; where she can really treat people like dirt.
Brilliant! Lovely and caring staff. Seen very quickly and sent off for an xray with my son immediately. Didn't even make it back before the Dr called me with the results and directed to me hospital for them to address the problem.
