Number of times I called the recipient 8am for doctors appointment, and had to wait over 12 min as caller no. 1, i had to put the phone down and called straight after now I'm caller 13, when I went in for my appointment I can see what was going on, drinking cups of coffee in the back room and ignoring calls, absolutely awful ......😡 …
