Excellent service once again, fast tracked through services with skin concern. This was malignant and could have posed a real problem however the efficiency of all at this surgery, from reception to nursing staff and doctor, means that although I had cancer it had been eradicated. Communication is simply appalling. I travel abroad with very limited access to text. I have asked time and again for communication to be by email, but this doesn't happen. Therefore miss appointments. Getting through by phone requires a long wait and Anima is not good for booking routine appointments such as blood tests
