We recently registered here, so far the appointments have been on time, the doctor and nurses have been excellent. The receptionist have always answered the phone, with kindness and efficiency. From my previous experience in London, I feel reassured with Redhouse we are in good trusted hands. Thank you!
New to the surgery, called for an appointment & was told it would be 4 weeks away. Receptionist suggested filling in the online form, which we did at 2pm. By 3.30pm we’d been contacted with an appointment for 5pm. Doctor also listened and agreed further tests needed. Very happy with the service.
