Since Anima has been open all day it has made contacting the surgery much easier. I used it yesterday for a repeat medication and had a message in the afternoon to say it was done. Haven't tried booking an appointment but hope that is easier too. Would take the stress off the situation when you're not feeling well.

Anima worked well, prompt response, spoke to two health care professionals within two hours, no need for a face to face doctor's appointment. Doctor therefore able to deal with another patient. Very good result. .
