If you want an appointment just call 111, don't bother calling the surgery. I was told there were no appointments yet when 111 forced an appointment the surgery was empty - not a soul. The doctor didn't want to see me and sent a nurse.

Yet another wrong diagnosis, they did it with, don’t know the difference between a cold and double pneumonia and now they have done it to my daughter, but it’s ok my wife took daughter to A&E Sunday night at 11pm getting home Monday 7:30 am to get the right diagnosis, it’s only peoples lives that they are dealing with!!!
