What used to be a great surgery has rapidly gone downhill in recent years. Even when you do get to see a GP it’s a different one each time as they all keep leaving. Definitely not suitable for those that like to build a rapport with their Doctor.
Reception staff were lovely but the doctor I spoke to about my elderly relation was absolutely shocking!!! No care in the slightest. I hope he doesn't have an elderly relation that can't walk and is housebound. Then for me to get a message …
Horrible horrible, you cannot fault the reception staff but the rest forget it....especially the on site pharmacist and my mums G.P. …
