Had my flue injection today at Northbrook. The whole process took 5 minutes start to finish. Very efficient. The nurse and the other lady at the desk were very pleasant and professional. Didn’t even feel the jab.

Very disappointed with their service, hard to get appointment and if you get by chance they doesn't bother. Got appointment with dr and booked 2 weeks advance and put me in the emergency appointments and got my appointment after 1 hour. Very annoying.
