Had an appointment at the Endoscopy unit today. I was really nervous but the fantastic staff were quick to put me at ease. From the receptionist to all the other staff I met, they were kind, compassionate and had a great sense of humour. NHS at its best, plus a cup of tea and a biscuit after the procedure. Thank you.
