The receptionists are lovely and helpful, especially Kirsty who always goes above and beyond to help. You are never made to feel like a nuisance which I have often found at other GP practices. I have always had a positive experience at this practice.
Absolute disgrace of a practise, dr nalagatla is a good as a floor brush and the receptionists are near enough the same. The one receptionist in muirhead has an awful attitude towards people, I certainly won’t be back at that practice. Shocking treatment !!!!
A friendly, welcoming practice where the receptionists, nurses and doctors know who you are and make you feel cared for. The reception staff go the extra mile to get you appointments when you need them, and the medical staff are highly capable and do their best to put you at your ease. A great practice.
