I have used the new system of calling my surgery (Mount Gould) twice since it started a week ago and it has been better than excellent! Both times through to receptionist in about a minute, and because she knew me as a patient personally, was able to understand my needs and arrange my urgent appointment in a few moments. Wonderful.
