What a terrible practice! Medical neglect due to Dr running late. Reception staff make and cancel appointments at will. As a disabled person who needs Medical support still been 3 weeks and still haven't seen a G.P. Reception staff are just rude and need power kicks. Thd automated call back system doesn't work!
