Very impressed with this doctors surgery so far, I have so far only needed pre booked appointments and not urgent ones easy to book in person, friendly staff and helpful too quite refreshing for a doctors. They have even sorted out some of my issues others couldn’t
A six week wait for a routine doctors appointment is unacceptable. You can ring on the day for an emergency appointment but the last time I rang at 8am I was 39th in the queue., Needless to say Iwas unsuccessful in getting one. I have now changed surgeries.
