Have had no problems getting through on the phone or requesting call backs and always find staff helpful
Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely pointless service ... can't answer calls, if your extremely lucky to speak to someone usually can't give an appointment or advice. If you do get an appointment it's via phone call that consists of a one ring and hang up!
The surgery need to stop telling patients they can ring 111 and get a new prescription. You CANT you can only get repeat prescription this is false information and a waste of 111 time!!!!
