One day I was 5 minutes late for my NHS appointment and they cancelled it. The next time I arrived 5 minutes early, but I still had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment. This feels very unfair and shows a lack of discipline or consistency.
Cant fault the practice in anyway from my own experiences. From the receptionist girls to the doctors, all very easy to deal with. Well done troops keep up the good work.
Called the practice short time ago as I was worried about repeating my meds prescription as the surgery will be closed for a week. Spoke to Kirsty/ Kirsten who kindly informed me my meds had already been sent to the chemist yesterday. Well done everyone, what a great service.
