I recently filled in a triage form & was seen on the same day by a doctor who examined me & helped put my mind at rest. I had also had blood tests a couple of days before & my results were back with the surgery & they were able to relay them to me which was very prompt & helpful. Overall a good experience with the Nap surgery.
