Ivy court struck again. Practices that operate like this are why the NHS is on its knees. Too many staff in the care industry that do not care. The mix of stone faced receptionists and the incompetencies of the “doctors” makes me wonder how they’re left with any patients still alive. Maybe that’s the plan.
I imagine this surgery offers a great service for the unemployed and retired community of Tenterden. For people with full time jobs they are Beyond useless. Its near impossible to get an appointment because of their ridiculous booking …
