Such a shame what this surgery has become, I understand the NHS is strained but I mean that’s no excuse for rude condescending receptionists who have the opinion they get to say if your worthy of playing the what doctor your going to get …
Fantastic surgery, doctors listen to concerns and follow up. Receptionists will always try to help and offer/book appointments where they can. Nurses are lovely and great with my kids! All round a great surgery.
Receptionists no longer take appointments, all done online. Somehow, even with them now doing very little, they still manage to be incredibly rude.
