Absolutely no complaints the reception staff are always very helpful and pleasant to both myself and my very elderly parents who are always treated with respect and patience by all the staff. Medical staff listen, advise and treat with care and compassion. Thank you
I allways visit this place when I am ill funnily enough. If however you are fit and healthy I suggest you don't visit here as a visitor attraction its severely lacking entertainment wise .nice toilets tho and comfy seats
