The appointment booking system works well both over the phone and online. The team triages emails well I believe. I’ve seen Dr Baldock multiple times and she’s fantastic. Gives me the time of day, brilliant knowledge and understanding. I’ve not had a negative experience with any doctor, nurse or receptionist at Haileyview.
