Never had a problem with Grosvenor, the doctors all seem to actually care and I've never felt rushed. Yes it's hard to get an appointment but what doctors doesn't have a long waiting list these days? The receptionists do their best to accommodate but that's just the NHS nowadays unfortunately. All the staff here are great

I have never had any problems with this surgery or doctors. If I need home visits the doctor comes the same day,diagnoses me then prescribes the medication,that is good service.😃 …

Always had great treatment by admin and doctors alike. There is one doctor that I don’t particularly like so I ask for someone else but she’s recently treated my daughter and been great with her. I can always get an appointment and would definitely recommend this surgery.
