Booked an appointment got told this one and tryed to call up and got no answer 3 times as I am having problems with my stomach open 24hrs is is bullshit

The nurses have been fantastic, really friendly and put me completely at ease. There are two reception desks and neither seem to know what to do. Also called today several times without answer, maybe staffing the desks over lunch would be a good plan.
