The 3.6 rating is, from my experience, generous. Receptionists are obstructive, arrogant, cold and uncaring. Blase about being asked for their complaints procedure, so they are clearly used to brushing off the concerns of their service users. Google should add a skull and crossbones rating for surgeries like this one.
