Had to have a blood test, told the nurse that evwryone struggles to get my vains and i end up a pin cushion, this nurse was amazing felt around my arm and told me my vain is going side ways, she put the neddle in and got it first time i was so impressed, not onlt that she chatted away putting me at ease thank you so much.
