The doctors and receptionist are very good. Most of the pharmacy staff are also very helpful. There is one member of the pharmacy group letting the team town. She is very abrupt with little to no manners. Every time she deals with me, I leave feeling very annoyed. Some people should not work in customer service.
Dr cope is amazing ! And all doctors I’ve ever seen are wonderful , however the pharmacy staff are incredibly rube and blunt. No customer service at all which they should have if they are customer facing , if I was like that within my role …
This medical centre is a shining star of an example of how the rest of the NHS could work. All calls answered quickly. Dr calls on same day if call before 10am. Excellent follwup and patient communications. Spacious premises .. never crowded. I cannot rate them highly enough ⭐️
