Very helpful reception team, in particular Ripal who was excellent and helped us out at short notice. Great practice nurses who are efficient and knowledgeable. Not an easy job in the modern world but they treat people with respect and empathy.

Phoned today to book am health check. Ladybank the phone very helpful and polite ,even manage to book a blood test few days before so ready for main appointment. Very efficient!
