Well, I've given up. Best of luck to anyone attempting to contact their offices ... I've emailed and called countless times over four weeks, after a very lengthy pre-recorded message the phone will ring indefinitely. Unbelievable.
Receptionist was not just rude, but genuinely nasty and judgemental over a sensitive topic. So much so I had to receive an apology from the GP. Avoid at all costs, and get a new reception team asap.
