Went for an appointment with my 5 year old child. She had 40.5 temperature for four days and nothing brings it lower than 38.5 The doctor says "it's fine, just a virus", then sent us home with no treatment. How can they call themselves doctors?

today am calling for book an appointment and from last 1hr am on 30th... don't know do they treating patients on call... cheap appointments booking system you can call only Mondays and the wait for hours in queue. very disappointed.
