Gone into special measures and still haven’t put there act together. Trying to get a face to face appointment is near impossible. The doctors just want to speak to you on the phone. Give out pills like there sweets. Why can’t they be like the old surgery in the 90s when Doctors cared.

Dr Ahmad mis diagnose my son who was about 6 months old. He said my son had eye infection and gave strong medication which made him had irritated. When I checked with other doctors in hospital they all said my son didn’t had any infection. We gave them a complaint letter but nothing has been done so far and haven’t got any apologies.
