I only gave it one star as you can't do a no star review. Just moved elsewhere as this surgery is dire. It has really gone downhill in the last few years. Can't get through on the phone, nightmare trying to get test results or make an appointment. General lack of communication.

the new receptionist are not helpful at all, if you are in the queue, they dont even bother to ask the matter. lack of discipline l found as well, chewing the gum while talking with the patients… very bad..

I didn’t want to rate any stars but unfortunately I have to give at least one, this doctor’s surgery is an absolute joke phone up at 8am when they open you get out in a queue over 30 mins they tell you, your get a call back in the morning …
