Normally unable to get an appointment ended up having to go to A&E twice and not all receptionists as helpful as they could be others 🤭do try! Dr's way understaffed just always on holiday or sick🤣 …
Staff treat some patients as juveniles, they show no respect for patients care or welfare. This practise is the worst practise ive had to be restered with. Very slow to deal with complaints I would give them a zero mark if i was able.
Was in a lot of pain after a knee replacement the receptionist was brilliant there was not appointment available wmy doctor but she made me a phone appointment with another doctor. She then rang me back k to say she was able to get me earlier phone appointment can not thank her enough.
