Website appointment system cannot cope with capacity and fails without any way of progressing other than calling, receptionist can only request you do it again, causing ridiculous loop, patients will stop using and revert to calling again!

I do not have wards to describe how awful and bad this surgery is. I only rated one star because I can’t go lower. One of the best things happened to me recently that I am moving from the area so I do not need to deal with them any more. This review not including the doctors there because they trying their best .
