I've had fantastic care from the surgery by using the new appointment system, I have several compexed health issues, ive never had a problem with getting a face to face appointment when needed, and referrals. Amazing doctors and really helpful reception staff 👏 …
Awful experience, denied access to basic healthcare, have to go private for everything, you can't phone up and make an appointment, there is a useless online system instead, hostile reception team. I would not have believed it was possible for surgery to be as bad as this one.
Use Cotgrave, always find staff pleasant. However when calling people in need to come to waiting room and put some volume in voice.
