Fabulous care but impossible to get through to. I spent 18 minutes waiting on the phone today despite being number 1 in the queue. The Muzak is dreadful. And I appreciated the information on caring for my mental health, although I hadn’t needed to before waiting 18 minutes on the phone… I eventually gave up.
