Shocking surgery. Receptionist need training in basic manners and empathy! Patients unable to get a doctors appointment, no duty of care whatsoever. Doctors dismissive and lacking basic medical care! I wouldn’t recommend this surgery
Doctors ,nurses , reception and pharmacy staff all great , been here almost 10 years and no complaints. However, please update your web site ?! If the pharmacy shows an opening time of 8am I don’t expect it to be closed until almost 9 when I have to get to work.
Given 3 stars and that’s being generous. Reception team friendly and nurses great. Have yet to even meet a doctor! Waiting times abysmal. 2-3 weeks wait just for telephone consultations. In fact been advised to go to a walk-in centre rather …
