Was asked to go for a routine blood test today and arrived early . Was called in straight away to be met by a pleasant nursing assistant. My blood pressure weight and blood taken very professional very friendly and made to feel at ease . All aspects were explained fully . Well done chapeltown surgery once again !!!

Took hubby for his diabetic eye test. Receptionist one of the nicest around but parking was an absolute nightmare. Few spaces parking at an angle in a tiny car park. Had to reverse out with inches to spare on to main road. Doesn't appear to be anywhere else to park as nearby streets are double yellow lines. Shame really as it's local.

I think that this is a brilliant surgery. When you sit in the waiting room you really get a sense for how busy the reception staff are but they remain so helpful and understanding. Both Drs I have spoken to have been brilliant. I feel very lucky that this is my local surgery.
