Went to this practitioner as it is my GP. Went for a HGV medical, they were unable to do the eye test without telling me before booking, they also did not give me a price upon booking. I was then charged £140 for an incomplete form and I have been quoted £55 elsewhere. If you require a HGV medical, DO NOT go for it here :)
It had to take collapsing in front of them to take my illness seriously otherwise I was constantly getting fobbed off. Eventually sent me for an MRI and they found my cerebellum had collapsed in my brain by 4MM after months of complaining …
Moved to the area and this surgery has always been excellent. Very polite and friendly doctors, nurses and receptionists.
