Waited a week with a painful back for a physio appoint and was really hoping it would help - unfortunately never received the promised email with details of exercises (wasn’t shown any exercises at the appointment). Phoned the surgery and was told I’d have to wait until the following Friday for them to contact the physio - not great 😌 …
