Since the new rapid triage system came in it’s been so much easier to access appointments which has reduced a lot of stress for me. The medical staff as always are doing the best they can but seem less stressed. Reception staff also seem less stressed and I guess that comes from less confrontations / arguments from stressed patients.

Since getting rid of the askfirst app it is now almost impossible to get an appointment. It is literally the most frustrating system I have ever known. And don't even bother trying to call the surgery unless you have have 3 hours to kill. By the way please be aware this is not aimed at the receptionists who are trying thier best.
