This surgery is quite good in my experiences over the years. No problem making appointments, all on time and not cancelled, receptionists are always friendly and helpful, prescriptions on time and when there is a problem it is sorted out quickly

Very unhelpful and rude staff on reception. Why are we still having to call in on the day for an appointment? No options of telehealth or e-consults? My previous practice you could send in photos of skin conditions ect via an app - moving here and it’s like it’s 2005 again(!) not good enough
