Ashley Medical Practice has been wonderful. Dr. Delaimy was very attentive and made me feel heard right away. He understood my concerns and explained everything clearly, recommending step-by-step measures to address my issues. I felt reassured and supported. I look forward to staying with this practice.
I attend the practise for regular B12 injections and today I received my Flu jab. I can honestly say that once again I found the receptionists very polite, helpful and having a sense of humour. I can see a number of adverse reviews here but I can only comment on my own pleasant experience.
I had a very positive experience at Ashley Medical Practice. The clinical pharmacist Federica was excellent, very professional, thorough, and reassuring. The doctor was also extremely helpful and arranged a referral quickly. Overall, the care and support I received were outstanding.
