Since the new reception manager started, the level of care and organisation has noticeably declined. Communication is poor, concerns aren’t followed up, and there’s a general lack of empathy. It’s disappointing as the service used to be excellent.
Excellent Doctor Surgery and the receptionist are always so polite very lucky to come under the B93 postcode
