The receptionist is super rude. They give you an appointment at a certain time and see you three hours later. I've never seen such disorganization in my life. And the doctors treat you as if you were there just because you wanted to. It's incredible! By far the worst health insurance company.

I'm surprised to see the negative reviews, but I don't doubt them. Perhaps I've just been lucky? I've been seen at this center twice, and both times I received very polite and professional treatment from the reception staff and the doctor, who was very attentive.
