It's an absolute disgrace that, with an appointment at 7:15 pm and it being 8:00 pm, all these people are waiting to be seen ahead of me. Terrible management; my time is precious, especially since I'm paying for private health insurance. I'd be seen much faster at the public health service. A disgrace.

The slowest service ever. I just went to change dressing on the burned hand and had to wait nearly 2 hours, while the nurse was drinking coffee, taking with some girl that enter without que and doing nothing. If its not matters of life and death choose other hospital/clinic!!!
