The doctor was very nice, but the administrative staff were not very empathetic. They don't seem to understand that they are paid with the taxes we all pay and that our time and health are also important.
The person at reception does not attend to the patient's real needs and also displays unnecessary arrogance at a time when you are extremely vulnerable.
Unpunctuality, lack of professionalism, lack of resources, just like the others, or worse, they won't say it anymore.
