The medical center in Xeresa used to be friendly and welcoming, but in recent years you have to make an appointment, if you can even get one, because they always give you one two weeks away. When you're sick and need to be seen, you normally want to be seen the same day, not two weeks later. Now it leaves a lot to be desired.

Very poor communication! If the receptionist is at lunch, there's no substitute. As for doctor visits, they spend three days trying to get you to see you, and not to mention now, during Covid, they only call you once.
