I called many times, more than 20, and I had to go. I asked the girl, and she said she was alone and her priority was the person in line. They should take this into account and assign someone just to receive calls if that's the case, because there's a phone number to call, and it's impossible to get anyone to answer.

Terrible clinic...but the receptionists are unbelievable. They decide whether you need to see a doctor or not, especially one of them who was incredibly unpleasant. They decide if it's urgent or not...and whether they'll even see you at all. And there's a different doctor every time, by the way. It's just getting worse and worse.
