If you manage to get through on the phone to make an appointment, it'll be a miracle. You go there, and it's true they see you, after a supposed 30-minute wait (more than an hour in reality). The waiting room is small and crowded, poorly ventilated, and the atmosphere is stuffy and unhealthy.
