My husband phoned this morning, to enquire if the doctor would update his precription, the lady was abrupt and unhelpful after telling him that our doctor was sick. Nobody standing in for her. He went to emergencies and after a bit of conversation and an hours wait managed an update on one item, still never saw a doctor.
