Usually excellent. Friendly and efficient professionals. The emergency room staff are too inexperienced and young. They send you to Alcañiz...and that's it.

I've been to the emergency room twice, and both times I was treated terribly, claiming that the reason I was there wasn't an emergency. The first time I was seen by a rude doctor, and the second time by a doctor (not a national) who barely spoke Spanish and could understand me.
